Specifications
- its round stainless steel bowl is ideal for high-speed
mixing
- comes standard with the lasagna die (23 cm wide sheet with
thickness adjustable between 0.3 mm and 1.5 mm)
- can produce various types of short and long pasta (dies are
optional)
- complete with an adjustable electronic knife for cutting
short pasta
- complete with drying fan
- complete with a water-cooling system for the extrusion neck
- equipped with 2 motors : one for mixing and one for
extrusion
- all parts in contact with the pasta have been constructed
in materials suitable for working with food products and can be disassembled in
a matter of seconds for easy and accurate cleaning
